Public website
Sample interactions run in browser memory and reset on reload. Fonts and artwork are served from this site. No advertising or marketing analytics SDK is included. Cloudflare and browser/network systems can process ordinary access and security logs.
Signed-in workspace
The app stores your Google account identifier and email, workspace preferences, client/project records, templates, uploaded PDFs, revisions, operation history and recovery artifacts. These enable saved work, authorization, generation and recovery. Session cookies keep you signed in and protect write requests.
Providers and data flows
Google handles authentication; Cloudflare provides hosting, private object storage, databases and bounded native processing. Stripe processes subscription payments on its hosted checkout and billing portal. The app sends your billing email and workspace reference to Stripe and stores customer/subscription identifiers, invoice-related status, plan and access-expiry information. Card details are entered on Stripe and are not collected by the workspace. An authorized assistant connection can return scoped workspace data to the chosen provider. Cloudflare Email Service supports operational notifications. Outbound client-document delivery and tax submission are not enabled. Providers may process information across regions; no Malaysia-only residency promise is made.
Your controls and current limits
Download files, export protected backups, revoke assistant access and revoke other login sessions in settings. Owners can request account deletion, cancel during the seven-day waiting period and follow operator review. Cancellation of a subscription does not delete a workspace. Recovery snapshots and completed processing responses have 30-day retention rules; deletion tombstones prevent restoring deleted records through recovery. Payment records and provider logs may be retained separately for their own requirements. Contact privacy@usemytemplate.cc for access, correction or privacy questions.
