One workspace across assistants

Authorized assistants use the same saved clients, templates, drafts and plan limits. Tools support branding, PDF imports, mapping, versioned revisions, downloads and plan-enabled business workflows. Previewed changes retain confirmation receipts. Sending, payment execution and final document approval remain outside these chat tools.

Files and previews

Standard MCP tools return saved records, page images and PDF links. The interactive panel supports standard MCP Apps and ChatGPT helpers. Hosts without these capabilities can use saved records after a workspace upload. Attachments are never assumed to be automatically accessible.

See each host guide for setup and acceptance status. Business features remain plan-gated everywhere. Your AI-provider subscription is separate; there is no automatic switch to paid managed AI.
