Use and review
Use files and records you are allowed to access. Keep your own backups and review generated layouts, figures, recipients, scope and terms before issuing a document. Tool reports explain supported inputs and limits. The product does not provide legal, financial or tax advice.
Subscriptions and renewal
Free costs RM0. Solo costs RM29/month or RM290/year paid upfront. Business costs RM79/month or RM790/year paid upfront. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected frequency until renewal is canceled. Stripe shows the payable amount before you confirm payment. One user per workspace; no automatic usage-overage fees. AI provider plans and usage are separate.
Allowances and no-card trial
Monthly document and PDF-tool allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month, including annual plans. One 14-day trial per workspace includes 10 new document PDFs, 50 PDF tools and 500 MB across the entire trial. No card is requested; the trial never creates or converts into a paid subscription automatically.
Cancellation and plan changes
Cancel renewal through Manage billing. Normal cancellation preserves paid access until the paid billing period ends. Saved files and existing downloads remain available while your workspace is retained; new work follows Free limits after paid access ends. Stripe shows any immediate charge before you confirm a plan change. Downgrades and changes to a shorter billing frequency are scheduled at period end.
Seven-day first-payment refunds
Request a full refund of your first subscription payment within seven calendar days of that payment, for either a monthly or annual plan. Email billing@usemytemplate.cc from your billing email with the invoice reference. Do not send card numbers, API keys or confidential client documents. An accepted first-payment refund cancels that subscription immediately and ends paid access without deleting your workspace. Refunds return to the original payment method; bank and provider processing time varies.
Renewals and billing errors
Renewal payments and later plan-change payments are outside the first-payment refund offer. Duplicate charges and billing errors are reviewed separately. This policy does not limit rights applicable law gives you. Support handles refunds manually; the workspace does not grant them automatically.
Early access and product boundaries
The product remains in early access. Supported PDF formats, tool limits and review requirements apply. No enterprise service-level agreement, arbitrary PDF support, Adobe/Foxit equivalence or compliance certification is offered. Hosted AI connections, outbound sending, tax submission, OCR, team seats and certified signing remain unreleased.
Public sample data and external actions
The public demonstration uses fictional clients, prices and statuses. It resets on reload and creates no subscription, delivery or tax submission. Saving a follow-up or evidence record does not send a message or collect payment from your clients. AI platform names describe planned compatibility, not a partnership.
