Saved rates and quantities feed exact decimal calculations. Review currency, line items and totals before preparing a final copy. An assistant suggestion does not override application validation.
Details still need your judgment
Confirm client identity, scope, dates, deposit terms and suitability. Saved client memory retains review status and sources; old prices do not authorize new terms.
Check the finished page
Preview mapped fields, text fit and page layout. Template preflight rejects unsupported structures. Original files and generated copies stay separate; inspect each generated page before sharing.
Separate records from real events
Approval, sent, accepted and paid records capture evidence you enter. They do not send a file, prove customer acceptance, collect payment or submit tax records.
