Start with a flat, upright digital PDF, up to 15 MB and 10 pages for templates. Active content, signatures, form fields, scanned documents and complex fonts may require another workflow. The compatibility report explains what needs attention.
Map the details that change
Select fields for the client, document number, dates, line items and totals. Edit mappings and fixed text with a reviewed preview. Field suggestions need your approval; they do not call an AI provider.
Approve once, review every output
Keep versioned mappings and your original source. Create quotations, invoices, estimates or proposals from saved clients and rates. Check field fit, scope and terms on every generated page.
